These Questions will help us make sure to maximize the quality of service we are able to deliver for your event. This usually takes about 20 minutes. Please, to maximize the quality-of-service fill this out when you are able to, it will give us a great idea of what to do the day of the event. Where will the ceremony and reception take place? Are there multiple locations within the venue (e.g., indoor ceremony, outdoor reception)?

Please put down address of where the Ceremony will be and where the Reception will be. Also where you guys will be getting ready. So We can get getting ready footage and also record good quality sound of the toast and speeches when you guys are the most comfortable at.

What style of Videos are you looking for (e.g., traditional, candid, artistic, photojournalistic)? Are there any specific style for portfolios that inspire you? Do you have a list of must-have footage or specific moments you want to be captured? Are there any specific family or group members youd want to focus on and ensure are in the footage?

What is the timeline for the day, including key events (e.g., ceremony, reception, first dance, cake cutting)? Are there any special considerations regarding the schedule that the photographer should be aware of?

Post Production: What can I do to expedite My delivery Time?

Please come up with two songs for the wedding video so we can match them or if we can use them that are free of copyright. We recommend one that's romantic, more intimate( Example: Canon D, Song from the movie Up (2009) - "Married Life" Opening Scene) for the ceremony, and one thats more high energy, that gives party vibes. To help us streamline the delivery of your footage, here are a few things you can do to expedite the process: Complete all required forms – Ensuring all paperwork is finalized allows us to move forward efficiently. Share your experience – If you have a moment, we’d love for you to leave a review about your experience with us on the day of your event. Your feedback is invaluable! Select your favorite photos – If you purchased a printed album package, please send us your top 50-100 favorite images. Once we receive your selections, the album will take approximately 3-4 months for processing, editing, and delivery. We truly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to delivering your final footage as soon as possible! Let us know if you have any questions.Delivery Tips: For Iphone users: we've noticed that people who download the files from their iPhone, it's as if Their iPhone was to take a screenshot of the files instead of actually downloading the whole files. It ends up losing a lot of quality when it's done in that method. We suggest downloading google drive, or Dropbox on your phone, laptop or iPad and downloading the whole files on the device and the quality will remain the best 😊
